The History
Fabián Fernández and his journey through Spain from Castile to Santillana del Mar, more than 100 years ago, is the origin of a family business and four generations dedicated to the restaurant trade. "El Pasaje", a traditional bar-shop, was established as the cornerstone of his life project.
His daughters, Pina and Julia (Las Pinas), took over the business. With hard work and dedication, they developed their father's legacy over half a century, while Carlos grew up, Fabián's grandson and the person responsible for the transformation years later, when a new stage began under the name of "Bodega Los Nobles" restaurant.
Belén, Fabián's great-granddaughter brought up within the walls of the premises, continues with the venture. The fourth generation of the family maintains the essence of the hard work and tradition, combining the old and the new, and adding its own hallmark: Good taste and innovation. Fabián, Pina, Julia, Carlos and Belén are "El Pasaje de los Nobles".
